1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all services provided by 13host. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 13host servers:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Hosting illegal content including piracy, malware, phishing sites
- Running DDoS attacks or any network abuse
- Mining cryptocurrency without prior approval
- Hosting adult content without approval
- Any activity that violates Indian law or international law
- Abusing shared resources that affect other customers
- Unauthorized access to other systems or networks
3. Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts must not use excessive CPU, RAM or bandwidth that impacts other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that overuse resources. VPS and dedicated users have dedicated resources.
4. Reseller Responsibility
Resellers are responsible for ensuring their clients comply with this AUP. Any violation by a reseller's client is the responsibility of the reseller. We hold resellers accountable for all accounts under them.
5. Email Policy
Mass emailing is only permitted with proper opt-in list management. Spam complaints will result in immediate suspension. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for spam.
6. Content Policy
All content hosted on 13host servers must be legal under Indian law. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or harmful without prior notice.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in: immediate suspension, account termination without refund, reporting to law enforcement if required. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except in cases of serious violations.
